The calculators do not require accounts. We do not currently provide a contact form, public telephone support line or published walk-in office address. Please use email rather than submitting sensitive details through a calculator input.
Report a calculator or formula issue
The most useful report identifies the exact page and the inputs that produced the unexpected number. You can use the following checklist:
- Share the calculator name and full page link.
- Include the values entered, their units, the coat count, wastage and bag size where relevant.
- State the result shown and the result expected. Include your calculation if possible.
- Mention the browser or device if the problem appears to be a technical error.
- If helpful, attach a screenshot that does not contain personal or confidential information.
For example, you might report a mismatch in the expected number of 20 kg bags for 1,000 sq ft with two coats, 12 sq ft/kg coverage and 10% wastage. We can compare your values with the steps in our Calculation Methodology.
Request a factual correction
For inaccurate wording, missing source details or outdated manufacturer information, identify the page URL and the passage needing correction. We prefer current official product technical documents, the relevant manufacturer’s instructions and calculations that can be independently reproduced.

Privacy, cookies and data requests
For a privacy inquiry, use the subject line Privacy Request and explain what information or processing you are asking about. We may need reasonable verification before responding to a request involving personal data.

Accessibility feedback
If a button is hard to use with a keyboard, content is difficult to read, or an error message is inaccessible, tell us the page URL, your device and the assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. We want to make the calculators practical for as many visitors as possible.
Business, intellectual property and advertising
The same email address may be used for advertising inquiries, copyright reports, permissions, feedback on source attribution and other business messages.
